Tom Dunlay is very pleased to announce that he will be teaching a winter landscape painting workshop from February 25 - March 3, 2024.
The workshop will be held at the iconic Bailey’s Mills Inn located in Reading, Vermont. Tom's teaching is based on his 53 years of experience and is geared towards all levels of experience, whether you are a beginner or a practicing professional, he can help you.
